The Emotional Quotient Inventory 

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is a tool that measures emotional intelligence (EI) and how EI can impact people and the workplace.

EQ-i 2.0 has been used globally as a psychometrically sound, reliable and validated self-assessment and 360-degree tool that is applied to EI coaching for individuals, teams and organizations.

The Pearman Personality Integrator

The Pearman Personality Integrator (The Pearman) is typically used to help evaluate a current situation, understand patterns of behavior influencing one's work, and leverage flexibility when developing skills in areas of opportunity. Providing training and coaching on individual personality types and flexibility skills will allow an employee to more fluidly move within an organization and understand how their behavioral preferences influence those around them. This can also be used as a self-assessment tool or as part of a 360-degree process.

The Birkman Method

The Birkman Method reveals four key perspectives of every person: Motivation, Self-Perception, Social Perception, and Mindset. In understanding these perceptions and how they influence each other, individuals can better understand the emotions and actions that drive their life and career interests.
